3. What do we use your data for and why can we do it?
When you leave us your email, phone, or name through our forms to request a tailor-made trip, we use that information exclusively to:
• Design, quote, and send you personalized travel proposals to the United States, Europe, or the Caribbean.
• Manage and process your reservations with airlines, hotels, and associated premium providers.
• Maintain fluid communication with you before, during, and after your trip.
Legitimation: The legal basis for the processing of your data is your explicit consent by checking the corresponding box and, subsequently, the execution of the travel contract in case you confirm your reservation.
4. How long will we keep your data?
Your personal data will be kept as long as we maintain a commercial relationship (design of your trip or execution of it). Once completed, we will keep them properly blocked for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations (generally 5 years for tax and accounting regulations in Spain). If you only asked us for information and did not contract, we will delete them after 1 year or at the time you request it.
5. Your Rights (ARCO+ Rights)
As the owner of the data, you have absolute control over them. You have the right to access, rectify, delete/cancel, oppose, or request portability or limitation of processing. To exercise any of these rights, simply email us at hello@limitexviajes.es attaching a copy of your ID or equivalent document, and indicating "Data Protection" in the subject.
