Welcome to LimiteX Viajes. By booking one of our exclusive tailor-made trips, you accept the following Terms and Conditions. We invite you to read them carefully, as they establish the rights and responsibilities of both parties, in strict compliance with Directive (EU) 2015/2302 relating to package travel and linked travel arrangements.
1. Nature of the Service
LimiteX Viajes acts as an organizing agency for boutique and tailor-made package trips (specializing in the United States, Europe, and the Caribbean). We design exclusive experiences integrating flights, transfers, high-level accommodations, and experiences at the destination.
2. Tailor-made Payment Commitment and Formalization
Given the exclusivity and personalization of our services, the payment structure is usually divided into the following phases (unless the trip budget specifies otherwise):
• Initial deposit: To formalize the firm reservation and guarantee the issuance of airline tickets and blocking of premium accommodations, an initial deposit will be required (percentage stipulated in your personalized budget).
• Final Payment: The remaining amount must be paid within the deadlines marked in your travel contract, usually between 30 and 45 days before the departure date.
Failure to receive payments on the agreed dates will grant the Agency the right to cancel the reservation, applying the pertinent cancellation policies.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you decide to cancel your trip, you must notify it in writing to hello@limitexviajes.es. Cancellation penalties are structured as follows:
• Management fees: Any cancellation entails management fees for the design and processing of the trip.
• Cancellation fees (Providers): The exact expenses applied by airlines, hotels, and local operators at the time of cancellation will be passed on. In premium trips, many airfares and boutique hotel reservations are non-refundable from the moment of issuance.
• Percentage penalty: Depending on the proximity to the departure date, a penalty may be applied to the total price of the trip, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable current legislation.
We strongly recommend contracting travel cancellation insurance with extensive coverage.
4. Modifications and Causes of Force Majeure
At LimiteX Viajes we take care of every detail, but the nature of travel is subject to unforeseen events. We reserve the right to make minor modifications to the itinerary if necessary. In case of Force Majeure (extreme weather events, natural disasters, strikes, decisions by local authorities or airlines, epidemics, or unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances), the Agency reserves the right to modify or cancel services to guarantee the safety of travelers. In these scenarios, LimiteX Viajes will assist the traveler at all times, but will not be responsible for the extra expenses derived nor will it proceed to refunds for unexecuted services if the causes are completely foreign to our management and organization.
5. Agency Liability Limits
LimiteX Viajes will respond to the traveler for the correct performance of the travel services included in the contract. However, we will not be responsible when the lack of conformity is attributable to the traveler, to a third party unrelated to the provision of the services, or to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances. Our liability for damages (except for bodily harm) will in any case be limited to three times the total price of the trip, in accordance with the provisions of the package travel regulations.
